Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is collaborating with a PE-backed consumer services business in South West London to appoint an FP&A Analyst. The role offers hybrid work and a broad remit across forecasting, planning, and performance management.

Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will deliver P&L, cash flow, and KPI insights, drive budgeting cycles, and support strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations and capex analysis.

Qualifications

• Ambitious FP&A professional with a track record in medium to large international business.
• Experience elevating business insights and partnering with business units.
• Able to translate data into decision-ready insights and challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Group P&L, cash flow and KPI forecasts with risk and opportunity analysis.
• Develop reporting packs and executive-level presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide business partnering to understand performance drivers.
• Support budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term planning.
• Assist with M&A evaluations, integration modelling and synergy tracking.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, data quality and automation.
