e.l.f. Beauty UK Limited is seeking an Analyst, FP&A to provide analytical and financial support across all business units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities while creating management reports and performing variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (Excel, SAP, Vena).

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial statements and explain variances; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Customer and product profitability analysis.
• Prepare financial information for discussions with business leaders.
• Partner with accounting during month-end close and strengthen budgeting connection.
• Ad hoc scenario planning and what-if analysis.
