TransUnion is seeking an AF Analyst II in Financial Planning & Analysis to join the UK & Europe team in Leeds. You will help forecast costs, analyse variances, and provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, finance partners, and procurement to ensure forecasts and expenditure stay on budget. The role offers a strong salary and bonus structure with flexible working options.

• Support accurate cost forecasting by analysing key cost drivers and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Maintain rolling cost forecast with stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Support workforce forecasting for UK and global roles.
• Develop and deliver timely financial reporting and analysis for decision-making.
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis of non-people costs.
