Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support cost management and forecasting across functions. You will partner with business leaders to analyse spend, develop insights, and influence budgeting and strategic planning. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in FP&A, are essential for this role.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments to drive efficiency and robust financial controls within a sustainable mobility-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting, financial accounting, FP&A or commercial finance environment.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, modelling and data analysis.
• Ability to explain financial performance clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Control: monitor expenditure vs budget and forecast; identify variances and support corrective actions.
• Month-End Cost Accounting: own accruals/prepayments, ensure correct accounting period recognition and perform reconciliations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand activities, cost drivers and financial risks.
• Audit support: act as key contact for auditors and provide documentation and explanations.
• Financial analysis & reporting: run reports, analyze trends, prepare actual vs budget/forecast analysis.
