Job summary

Commify Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own the budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting for People, Technology, Platform and Marketing. You will partner with senior leaders, deliver insightful commentary and drive efficiency across the cost base.

A hands-on leader will mentor a Finance Analyst while shaping the company’s financial planning with robust governance. With strong Excel and Power BI skills, you’ll translate strategy into actionable forecasts, support investment

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A experience with cost/overhead reporting and budgeting.
• Line management or mentoring experience.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Ability to derive insights and communicate to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships across departments and senior leaders.
• Natural questioning mindset and constructive challenge.
• Hands-on, goal-driven with delegation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance business partnering for People, Technology, Platform and Marketing.
• Provide financial insight, scenario analysis and challenge to stakeholders.
• Translate plans into robust forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Represent Finance in leadership and planning meetings.
• Own the annual budget and in-year forecast cycles.
• Deliver monthly commentary on cost performance, trends and variances.
• Develop Group KPIs and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure robust cost-centre structures and governance.
• Identify cost efficiency opportunities across the base.
