Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Director to lead a high-paced manufacturing site across Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will shape the manufacturing plan and drive performance improvements while maintaining the Morrisons and third-party customer relationships.

You will build a people-driven culture, set KPIs, oversee CAPEX, ensure compliance, and deliver high quality products on time and in full.

Qualifications

Experience of Site Manager/Director level in FMCG manufacturing.
Knowledge of legislation and industry best practice.
Ability to lead people-driven culture.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive performance improvement and innovate.
Ability to build relationships up to Executive Board level.

Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing the Manufacturing plan to drive performance.
Developing and implementing growth plans with Morrisons and external customers.
Create a strong customer service culture on site with Morrisons and third‑party customers.
Define and deliver improved KPIs across Financial, Quality, Service and People.
Lead improvement initiatives through to completion.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Deliver CAPEX projects on budget.
Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene.
