Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Director to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site in the UK. You will drive performance, build external partnerships, and shape growth plans with Morrisons and online customers.

You will lead Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene teams, delivering KPI improvements while ensuring compliance and a strong customer service culture aligned to the Morrisons brand.

Qualifications

• Experience at Site Manager/Director level in FMCG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices.
• Strong leadership with a people-driven approach.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to board level.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the manufacturing plan to drive performance.
• Build relationships with external manufacturing partners and internal teams.
• Develop and execute growth plans with Morrisons and online customers.
• Create a customer-focused culture ensuring quality across production lines.
• Identify and launch new product offers to meet customer needs.
