Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a Category Manager - Manufacturing to work across Morrisons and other customers. You will support insights, trend analysis and trade marketing proposals to drive revenue and margin growth.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will help deliver 3-year plans, support NPD/EPD alignment and build relationships across manufacturing and retail teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK grocery market and Produce category.
• Financial acumen to support financial plans and targets.
• Ability to manage and influence peers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify category and consumer trends and present insights.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly reports for Morrisons and Myton customers using data sources.
• Support category reviews, issue identification and recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders to launch EBITDA-winning categories.
• Develop long-term category plans and secure customer engagement.
