Formación

• Must hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with targets achieved.
• Sets and achieves goals, builds and nurtures relationships.
• Excellent communication, and ability to engage all clients.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or bank clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
