Job summary

Broadacres is recruiting a Financial Planning Manager to lead the Financial Performance team and shape financial planning across the organisation. You will oversee management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, delivering trusted insights to support decision-making and long-term financial resilience.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and includes building a proactive business partnering service, regulatory reporting, treasury and value-for-money governance, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with strong management accounting experience.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in business partnering and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills; advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting year-end reporting and external audit.
• Able to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely management accounts, budgets and forecasts with variance analysis.
• Lead financial planning and long-term plans (5- and 30-year horizons).
• Develop a commercial finance business partnering service for senior leaders.
• Coordinate regulatory returns, statutory accounts, audits and taxation compliance.
• Oversee liquidity, cash-flow forecasting and treasury reporting.
