Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a Senior Financial Management role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the finance team to ensure the effective delivery of all finance functions.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, annual and management financial reports.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis, commentary and variance reporting to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including daily cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee payroll and statutory reporting and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate year-end financial reporting, audit preparation and statutory accounts.
