Job summary

Levy UK is seeking a Financial Controller for the Edgbaston Hotel in Birmingham to lead financial governance, reporting and strategic financial management. You will partner with the General Manager and hotel leadership to drive profitability and robust financial controls.

The role requires significant post‑qualification experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent with post-qualification finance experience.
• Significant post‑qualification finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and non‑finance managers.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the hotel.
• Produce management reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Analyse KPIs and trends to drive performance and actions.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments.
