Working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, you will provide financial insight, controls and strategic guidance needed to support performance and growth, with exposure across the organisation and influence on

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE with relevant sector experience.
• Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or senior finance position.
• Strong financial reporting, management accounting and budgeting expertise.
• Experience managing cash flow and improving financial controls.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing finance staff.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly management accounts and analysing business performance.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and financial plans with operational stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial controls to support operations.
• Ensure statutory reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and develop the finance team and external support providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls and processes.
