Job summary

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is seeking a Finance Controller to own the end-to-end accounting function across multi-site services in the UK. You will manage month-end close, balance sheet integrity, statutory reporting and the annual audit, while building a strong finance team and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience in month-end close, balance sheet integrity and statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and develop strong processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll review and journals.
• Lead the year-end audit and statutory accounts process.
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and board packs with commentary.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, working capital management and covenant reporting.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on financial planning and decision-making.
