AECOM is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with business leadership across UK & Ireland within Buildings & Places. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring timely, accurate figures and compliance with GAAP and SOX.

The role includes mentoring project accountants and coordinating with Controllership, Tax, and O2C/S2P teams. You will help steer financial performance, manage risk, and support the annual audit, while embracing a flexible hybrid working

Competenze

• Experience in Operational/Commercial/Controllership/FP&A environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and develop staff.
• Experience with Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting.

Mansioni

• Partner with the business in finance management, reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Present financial results and advise business on actions to achieve financial plan.
• Oversee project budgets, revenue recognition and SOX compliance.
• Lead and coach a team of project accountants and potentially line-manage.
