AECOM is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Buildings & Places team for the UK & Ireland. You will partner with business leaders to manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

You will drive timely reporting, support audits, and mentor a team of project accountants while operating in a flexible hybrid environment designed to balance delivery and development.

Formación

• Experience in operational/controllership/FP&A environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and project accounting.
• Experience with SOX controls and audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and mentor finance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the business in finance management, reporting, planning & forecasting.
• Oversee project budgets and revenue recognition.
• Attend project reviews and ensure compliance with SOX processes.
• Support annual financial audits (internal and external).
• Coach and mentor project accountants.
• Drive financial performance and process improvements.
