Peace Recruitment Group Ltd in Northampton is seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner to join the finance team. You will work closely with operational and supply chain teams to improve financial performance and influence commercial decisions.

You’ll own budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting, analyse production costs and KPI, and provide financial insight to senior stakeholders. The role offers exposure to CAPEX evaluations and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified or finalist level in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong finance background.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to analyse cost data and influence decisions.

Operations Finance Business Partner

Northampton 59,000 to 64,000 + Bonus

I'm currently working with an established, successful business within the manufacturing sector that is looking to appoint an Operations Finance Business Partner to join its finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved in the operational side of a business, working closely with stakeholders and using financial information to influence commercial decisions.

Rather than simply reporting on the numbers, you'll play an important role in understanding what's driving performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping operational teams make better financial decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with operational and supply chain teams to improve financial performance.

• Taking ownership of operational budgets, forecasting and monthly reporting.

• Analysing production costs, logistics spend, overheads and operational KPIs.

• Supporting CAPEX investment decisions, financial evaluations and ROI analysis.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and challenging areas of overspend.

• Providing financial insight and recommendations to senior operational stakeholders.

• Supporting continuous improvement projects and business planning.

What we're looking for

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA finalist or newly qualified accountant.

• At least 3 years' relevant experience within a finance environment.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.

• Confidence communicating with stakeholders outside finance.

• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to challenge and influence decisions.

Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, operations or supply chain finance would be particularly advantageous.
