Tesco Stores Limited in the UK invites an experienced Senior Finance Partner for Marketplace to own the long-term financial strategy and underpin key propositions with solid financial rationale. You will build robust business cases, lead budgeting and long-range planning, and shape economics of the Marketplace including commissions, back margins and seller propositions.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent required.
• Experience leading strategic priorities in large fast-paced organisations.
• Excellent communication to translate data into recommendations.
• Proven modelling and scenario planning capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment papers.

Responsabilités

• Own long-term financial strategy for Marketplace.
• Lead strategic business cases and Investment Committee papers.
• Develop robust financial models and evaluate trade-offs.
• Plan budgeting and long-term planning cycles with senior stakeholders.
• Develop Marketplace economics including commissions and back margins.
• Support financial leadership across loyalty, marketing investment and customer incentives.
• Lead FP&A team and ensure insightful management reporting.
