ACCA Careers is recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Abingdon on a hybrid basis. You will provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth.

Ideal candidates will be newly qualified or early in industry, numerate with a passion for analysis, and able to present insights clearly. The role offers a generous benefits package and clear progression within a reputable organisation.

Qualifications

Strong experience within Accounting & Finance, ideally in professional services.
Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Provide commercial challenge and support to the senior leadership team.
Develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions and growth.
Support annual development of strategic business plans and revenue budgets.
Monitor performance against plan and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
Partner with project managers to maximise profitability on live projects.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop financial models to provide insights and improve commercial awareness.
Present key insights with data visualisation and compelling narratives.
