Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Finance Business Partner near Abingdon, Oxfordshire, offering a hybrid working pattern. You will provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and work with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong accounting and analysis skills, and experience building financial models and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial challenge and support to the senior leadership team.
• Develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic direction.
• Support annual development of strategic business plans and revenue budgets.
• Monitor performance against plan and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers to maximise profitability on live projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop financial models to provide insights and improve commercial awareness.
• Present key insights with data visualisation and narrative.
