Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent.
• Strong finance business partnering, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or TM1.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge and strategic support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a portfolio of departments.
• Produce meaningful management information, financial analysis and business cases to support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, helping them maximise resources and achieve their objectives.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls and support finance projects.
• Analyse complex data sets and present clear, actionable recommendations.
