The successful candidate will partner with senior Commercial and Operations leaders, influence strategy, drive performance, and embed a data-led finance mindset across the business. A recognised finance qualification and 5+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised finance qualification.
• 5+ years' finance experience in a B2B/commercial environment.
• Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Commercial and Operations stakeholders to co-create strategy and drive sustainable growth, profitability and cash performance.
• Lead business performance processes with a focus on ROIC and value creation.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities to support faster, smarter decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement initiatives.
• Oversee key finance activities including cash collection and audit coordination.
