Job summary

Sysco, the leading foodservice business, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance team in the UK. You will partner with regional sales, drive ROI analysis, and support strategic growth initiatives across over 50 sales colleagues.

You’ll report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and help develop and evaluate financial models, forecast/budget updates, and reporting that informs leadership decisions. Hybrid work with 1–2 days in Ashford office.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant and able to drive performance through insight.
• Strong business partnering skills across all levels with stakeholder influence.
• High competency in financial analysis and modelling for decision support.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences and delivering actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner the Head of Regional Sales and Strategy on ROI and targets.
• Attend monthly P&L reviews and quarterly finance performance reviews.
• Develop models to provide margin and sales insights across Commercial teams.
• Ensure financial viability of new business proposals with Sales teams.
• Provide guidance and reporting to drive business results.
