Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with Loyalty & Personalisation as it undergoes a major transformation. In this 12-month fixed-term contract you will shape financial strategy, provide commercial insight, and support investment decisions across marketing, data and customer initiatives.

You will influence senior stakeholders, deliver robust financial analysis and guide value realisation across multiple change initiatives while ensuring returns align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced Finance Manager with strong business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting strategic investment decisions and business case development.
• Forecasting and performance management experience.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operational and commercial teams to influence decision-making.
• Support transformation programme delivery, tracking performance and delivering target outcomes.
• Provide clear, insight-led financial analysis, incorporating internal performance data and external market trends.
• Challenge and support L&P performance, identifying risks and opportunities to drive value.
• Evaluate business cases and profitability to support decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance colleagues.
• Support associated revenue growth initiatives and related cost optimisation programmes.
