Job summary

Farfetch, a leading global luxury fashion marketplace, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager in London. You will partner with senior leaders to drive profitability, providing insights, profitability analyses, and strategic financial guidance across the business.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for functional areas, ensuring clarity on financial impact of strategic decisions, and driving cost optimization and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/ACCA/ACA is a plus
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and financial planning within retail, technology, or e-commerce is advantageous
• Proven people leadership and management experience with high delivery standards
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence strategic business decisions
• Strategic mindset with long-term vision and attention to detail
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
• Strong team player with ability to communicate across non-Finance teams

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth initiatives
• Align financial management across organization, standardize reporting and focus on key KPIs
• Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations on financial implications of key decisions
• Challenge the organisation to achieve financial goals aligned with strategy and drive growth and efficiencies
• Deliver FP& budgeting & forecasting for functional areas and translate business vision into financial strategy
• Identify and implement process improvements and participate in reporting enhancements
