Job summary

Chess Dynamics Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance across Integrated Portfolio Teams (IPTs) during rapid growth. You will translate commercial strategy into robust financial outcomes, support forecasting and planning, and improve project controls and cash management.

You will partner with IPT Leads, own project financials, and deliver insightful financial modelling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with manufacturing or similar industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency; ability to model scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Own financial integrity of IPT accounting and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Provide pricing, profitability and ROI insights for deals and bids.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting and develop scenario models for new initiatives.
• Produce monthly Management Accounts and drive cash forecasting improvements.
• Coach non-finance stakeholders to enhance financial understanding.
