Job summary

Investigo is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational and head office leadership with insightful financial analysis, robust challenge, and proactive business partnering.

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business, supported by an Analyst to drive accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience as Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or Operational Finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting multi-site, service-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and head office teams to provide financial guidance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for functionals and overheads.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decision-making.
• Own monthly performance reporting for operations and head office.
• Coach and review outputs from a Finance Analyst, ensuring quality.
