Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Group Finance Business Partner to join a high-profile finance function undergoing transformation. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, delivering commercial insight to shape strategy, growth, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.

You will lead financial performance analysis, scenario planning, and business cases, partnering across regions and functions.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Proven finance business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience operating in transformation, change, or continuous improvement environments.
Excellent analytical skills translating complex data into actionable insight.
Strong understanding of financial drivers, performance metrics, and ROI.
Confident communicator with senior leadership presence.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
