• CCAB-qualified accountant with extensive financial management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to lead and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist financial advice to IT and budgeting with key planning and budgeting.
• Deliver financial information to the business with clear recommendations using data and analytics.
• Support development and execution of credible financial plans aligned with strategy.
• Attend and influence senior leader boards and committees with robust challenge.
• Involved early in idea pipeline, supporting business case development through financial insight.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making across the business.
• Coach and develop finance colleagues to close knowledge gaps.
• Horizon scan to identify issues and help develop viable financial solutions.
• Manage team members and develop leadership within/across teams.
• Drive cultural change to improve financial information, processes, and capability.
• Collaborate with Transformation Portfolio and Finance community to influence change.
