Job summary

RWS Gruppe is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner in the UK to lead financial support for the business unit. You will partner with the management team to set clear financial goals aligned with group objectives and drive performance through data-driven decision making.

You will own the P&L, oversee budgeting/forecasting, and present investment cases while collaborating with sales and operations for optimal commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
• 3+ years in a senior role.
• Professional certification (CFA/CPA/CA/ACCA or global equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong English language skills and stakeholder influencing ability.
• Experience in data modelling and turning data into insights using Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit strategy and develop a long-term financial plan.
• Own the business unit P&L and drive performance against targets.
• Lead commercial reviews with pricing, delivery, product and legal teams.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with SSC to optimize processes and reporting.
