Shorebrook Partners is seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge Finance and the wider business, driving informed decision making and strong financial governance. You will work with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, enhance performance, and support strategic value creation across manufacturing operations.

The role requires expert Excel and financial modelling, plus experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Manufacturing or product‑based experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape financial strategy and governance.
• Produce monthly management reports and performance dashboards.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Challenge business decisions with ROI analyses and scenario planning.
• Communicate complex financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
