Job summary

Shorebrook Partners is seeking a high-calibre Finance Business Partner to act as a critical link between Finance and the wider business. You will work with senior leaders to shape financial strategy and governance, delivering insights to drive informed decisions across the organisation.

The role requires robust analytical skills, advanced Excel modelling, and experience with ERP/SAP or NetSuite and BI tools. Commercial focus, manufacturing or product‑based exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Manufacturing or product-based experience is a plus.
• Experience in commercial finance and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to develop financial and operational strategies.
• Produce monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide ROI analyses for business initiatives.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies and controls.
