Job summary

Shorebrook Partners in London seeks a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, translate strategy into executable plans and deliver reliable financial performance. You will partner with the Executive Team, drive transformation, and implement BI/AI to enable timely decisions.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, data-driven analysis, and experience in modernising finance operations for scale and governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with modern finance leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with advanced modelling.
• Experience in automation, BI or systems implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of day-to-day finance operations with a scalable approach.
• Partner with Executive Team to enable timely, well-informed decisions.
• Develop financial plans, KPIs and governance alongside the CFO.
• Own finance data governance and embed AI tools for insight.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and board packs.
• Manage audits, statutory accounts and compliance requirements.
