• Qualified accountant with strong financial fundamentals and commercial curiosity.

• Turn portfolio and financial data into sharp commercial insight for leaders.
• Partner with underwriting and senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across GWP, commissions, costs, headcount, cash flow and margins.
• Drive accurate, controlled financial reporting and close with cross‑functional collaboration to resolve variances.
• Improve how finance works by strengthening models, KPIs, data quality and controls.
