Job summary

Leidos UK is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the P3M team on the LCST programme, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial performance across multiple projects. The role focuses on providing financial challenge, cost control, and timely reporting to senior management.

You will collaborate with programme managers, develop detailed resource plans, and drive standardised reporting across the finance function.

Qualifications

Experience as a Finance Analyst/Accountant in a project environment supporting multiple concurrent programmes.
Track record of budgets, forecasting, reporting, and preparing financial proposals and audits.
Strong business (financial) acumen with budgeting/forecasting principles.
Proficient in financial software (Oracle, Cobra, Power BI).
Advanced Excel skills and excellent organisational/time management.

Responsibilities

Act as Finance Business Partner to the P3M team, manage forecasting and cost control.
Collaborate with programme managers to develop resource plans, schedules and budgets.
Analyse financial performance against baselines, identify variances and trends.
Prepare and present detailed financial forecasts and reports for decision-making.
Contribute to development of new business proposals and on-contract growth proposals.
