Job summary

The Boden Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide commercial financial support across contract operations in the West Midlands. You will partner with contract managers and operational teams to deliver insight, forecasting and analysis to improve profitability and strengthen financial controls.

You'll monitor revenue, costs and cash flow, deliver monthly forecasts and support the Annual Operating Plan, identifying cost reductions and opportunities to improve profitability while

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience in facilities management or contract-based services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence decisions.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified with relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP and business intelligence tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Contract Managers to provide financial insight and commercial support.
• Monitor revenue, costs, profitability and cash flow across contract operations.
• Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver monthly forecasting and support the Annual Operating Plan.
• Identify cost reductions and opportunities to improve contract profitability.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and audit compliance.
