Job summary

Southern Water is recruiting a Finance Business Partner (Capital Delivery) to work with the capital delivery team, providing value-added financial insights to support strategic and operational decision making.

Hybrid role based at Durrington (West Sussex) or Falmer (East Sussex) with 2 days on site, 37 hours per week, permanent contract, salary up to £65,000, depending on skills and experience. You will lead financial analyses, forecast cash flow and drive governance across major programmes.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analyses including trend analysis and modelling.
• Report on KPIs to drive cost reductions and identify risks.
• Collect budget, quarterly and midyear forecasts and advise on planning assumptions.
• Lead the monthly business review process and present recommendations to senior management.
• Provide financial governance and support for projects and major programmes.
• Develop financial controls and forecasting techniques.
• Forecast cash flow, sales, budget and expense projections.
