Job summary

Isio is expanding its commercial finance capability, building out FP&A and Finance Business Partnering. This role splits between Employee Benefits commercial partnering and the financial lead for Central Functions supporting the Group.

You will own budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting, partner senior stakeholders, and drive cost control and investment appraisal for IT and change initiatives. The role offers executive exposure in a private equity backed business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Experience owning budgets and forecasts across revenue and overhead.
• Proven ability to partner senior stakeholders and challenge costs.
• Experience with IT/change investment appraisal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to Employee Benefits leadership, build trusted relationships.
• Own near-term performance, deliver growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting for the business unit.
• Drive cost base analysis for Central Functions and IT/change investment.
• Produce board-ready reporting and Power BI packs.
