Job summary

Isio is expanding its FP&A capability and seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to own planning, budgeting and investor-ready reporting for a growing group. You will drive the three-year plan, develop the cashflow model and ensure the integrity of financial content delivered to the Executive Committee and lenders.

The role requires post-qualification FP&A experience, PE-backed exposure is a plus, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders with robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification FP&A experience.
• Experience owning full budget and forecast cycle across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to produce board- or investor-grade reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group budgeting process end to end, including calendar, templates and sign-off packs.
• Lead the three-year plan and the integrated cashflow model with driver-based forecasting.
• Consolidate and challenge BU budgets before presenting to the Executive.
