InHealth is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Beaconsfield team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role spans Shared Services, Corporate Overheads, PEC and InHealth Ventures, delivering strategic financial insight and commercial challenge to shape investments and cost decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure robust governance while supporting digital transformation and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnering within a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insight for senior leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning experience across P&L and balance sheet.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities with clear mitigations.
• Experience overseeing capital investments, procurement and digital programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance business partnering across a diverse portfolio of group functions.
• Translate complex financial performance into clear, decision-ready insights for stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities with actions.
• Provide financial oversight for capital investment, procurement and digital programmes.
• Review business cases and investment appraisals to ensure governance and value for money.
• Partner with People Services on workforce planning and headcount modelling.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling for workforce planning.
• Provide financial oversight across Shared Services, including offshore operations.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Group Reporting, Tax, Finance Systems and Commercial Finance.
• Lead, coach and develop finance colleagues.
