Job summary

Onetrace is seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to partner with the CEO and leadership team in Canary Wharf. You will own the financial and operational engine as the company accelerates growth, installing disciplined operations and providing decision-useful insights across the business.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with co-founders and the SLT, ensuring rapid, data-driven decisions while maintaining financial rigour, profitability, and scalable processes in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Finance and operational leader with experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong commercial finance capability and ability to turn numbers into decisions that stakeholders act on.
• Proven experience in value-based pricing and designing pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Experience installing operating rhythm and accountability in a growing company.
• Proven ability to design and implement financial planning processes and internal controls.
• Highly analytical with ability to build models, forecasts and reporting.
• Gravitas to hold a leadership team and founders to commitments.
• Hands-on yet strategic in building the function and running it.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive performance.
• Bachelor’s degree and ACA/CIMA with 5–7+ years post-qualification experience.
