The successful candidate will move beyond traditional reporting, influencing strategy and driving improvements in financial processes and controls across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial control and analysis capabilities.
• Ability to partner with operational and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of UK monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Lead month-end, year-end and forecasting cycles.
• Budgeting and ongoing forecasting across UK sites.
• Analyze margins, costs and variances to drive profitability.
• Manage working capital and cash flow.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and controls.
• Support statutory reporting, audit and tax.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
