Job summary

Zenzero is hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial management across multiple entities, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You will manage a small team of Accounts Assistants, deliver accurate reporting, and collaborate with central services to support decision-making.

You will drive governance, improve processes, and oversee VAT and statutory accounts, while partnering with operational leadership to optimise profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical accounting capability.
• Experience with month-end close, management accounts and accurate financial reporting.
• Experience analysing revenue, margins, profitability and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and management accounts for multiple entities within the business unit.
• Lead P&L oversight, providing insight to operational leaders and budget holders.
• Drive analysis of revenue, gross margin, profitability, WIP and KPIs.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and month-end journals.
