Job summary

Oasis Business Personnel Ltd in Corby is seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing SME. You will work closely with the Finance Director, owning cashflow planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while driving commercial insight to support growth and profitability.

You will lead a small finance team, ensure VAT/HMRC compliance, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to improve stock and working capital.

Qualifications

• Must have AAT Level 3 or equivalent
• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA candidates considered
• Experience in a Finance Manager role preferred
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling

Responsibilities

• Manage cashflow planning and monitoring across the business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Oversee payroll administration and HMRC compliance.
• Prepare VAT returns, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Generate financial reports, KPIs and management analysis.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Support strategic business planning and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Stock Management.
