Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Financial Services to lead a high quality financial services team, delivering statutory accounts and annual reporting. You will build strong relationships with auditors and drive improvements aligned with NHS frameworks.

The role requires CCAB qualifications, public sector leadership experience, and in-depth knowledge of NHS financial planning and governance. Collaborative leadership and strategic vision are essential.

Formación

• CCAB qualified accountant with CPD evidence.
• Significant senior leadership experience in a public sector organisation.
• Experience of financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing and developing finance staff.
• Strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger organisational picture.
