Northumbria Healthcare NHS FT invites applications for a strategic Head of Financial Management role. You will shape the Trust's financial strategy and lead the finance function across planning, budgeting, and performance management to support high-quality patient care.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Finance and drives transformational financial programmes. You will develop and lead teams, ensure statutory compliance, and provide expert financial input into major service

Formación

• Essential CCAB accountancy qualification (e.g., CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent).
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to maintaining professional knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the Trust's financial management function, providing strategic financial leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management across the organisation.
• Lead cost improvement programmes and financial recovery initiatives to support patient care.
• Develop and lead high-performing finance teams and ensure robust financial governance and statutory reporting.
