Nivoda, the fast-growing B2B jewellery marketplace, seeks a senior finance leader to join the Extended Leadership Team in London, with remote-first options. You will own planning, forecasting and funding discussions, presenting to the board and lenders, and partnering with the CFO on equity and debt financing.

You will build a high-impact finance function that runs on routines rather than heroics, lead a growing team, and shape the company’s financial story across multi‑jurisdiction operations

Qualifications

• Experience building models for equity and debt financing
• Leadership experience directing FP&A teams
• Board/investor/lender reporting experience
• Familiarity with marketplace/fintech finance dynamics

Responsabilités

• Plan and forecast annual budget, quarterly reforecast and long-range plan
• Own board, investor and lender reporting and covenant deliverables
• Develop models and docs for equity/debt financing and cap table coordination
• Manage commercial and unit economics, including CAC/LTV and ROAS impact
• Partner with product/engineering and other teams on commercial decisions and capital allocation
• Lead and develop the finance team with clear objectives and data governance
