Job summary

Enterprise Oxfordshire is seeking a Director of Corporate & Finance to lead a broad remit across finance, governance and Corporate Services. The role sits in a lean, senior leadership team and sits with the MD and board, guiding strategy, funding and sustainability in a public-facing organisation.

With a true four-day week (37.5 hours paid, 30 worked) and a largely remote setup, you will oversee governance, procurement and broader corporate services, while driving commercial and funding

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent.
• Experience leading finance, governance and corporate services in public or regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to lead change and manage multi-stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning and sustainability and manage public/fund funding.
• Oversee governance, risk, compliance and procurement.
• Provide board-level advice and partner with MD and leadership.
• Operate across organisational infrastructure and Company Secretarial work.
