Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a finance leader to join a distinctive organisation in the Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment sector. Reporting to the CEO and Board, the Director of Finance will provide strategic and operational leadership across the finance function and act as a trusted partner to the executive team.

You will drive performance, enable long-term planning, deliver commercial insight and help position the business to capitalise on future opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience as Director of Finance, Finance Director or senior finance leader at executive level.
• Commercially minded with a track record of supporting growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function with robust financial control, governance and reporting.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making and future growth plans.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Provide commercial insight to enhance performance and inform decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and operational performance.
• Support investment, transformation and growth initiatives across the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and advisors.
• Develop a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
