Page Executive in Surrey is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial control, strategy, planning and reporting while supporting the MD and Exec board on strategic decisions. You will maximise stock control and drive business performance within a distribution business.

The role requires building a high-performing finance team, delivering insights for growth, managing stakeholders and overseeing a major systems implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to make robust decisions based on data and insights.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its goals.
